Cancellation policy: When you book your appointment you are holding a space that is no longer available to our other clients. Appointments are in high demand and if cancellations are necessary, we require a 24 hour notice, otherwise you will be billed a $50 cancellation fee. We are flexible and realize emergencies happen, so we do work with the need to reschedule.
